Processing Period
Order placed before 3PM eastern standard time zone will be processed and shipped that same day. Shipments after 3PM will be processed the next day.
Out of Stock Items
In the event due to inventory error we may contact the buyer to offer a replacement item or cancel the order.
Damaged shipping container/box
The buyer should refuse delivery to the shipping company and contact Olean Computers. A full refund will be credited when the item arrives back at Olean Computers in the same condition in which it was recieved.
Returns
All returns MUST be approved before returning any products to Olean Computers. We will provide you the buyer with a return form with a recorded RMA, return merchandise authorization. A restocking fee of 15% and shipping cost are nonrefundable.
Defective Products
As with all returns the buyer must follow the returns policy as listed above. We will advise the customer which products are returnable to Olean Computers and those that must be processed through the manufacture.
